The People Behind Your Support
My Inclusion was built on a simple belief: every person deserves support that respects who they are, meets them where they are, and helps them get where they want to go.
Our Story
A career built on listening. Kasia J. founded My Inclusion after more than a decade working within Australia's disability and community services sector. She saw participants falling through the cracks of a system that moved too fast, used too much jargon, and treated people as case numbers rather than individuals. My Inclusion was her answer to that problem.
From day one, the approach was different. Instead of a one-size-fits-all model, Kasia built a practice around thorough assessment, personalised care planning, and genuine relationship-building. She spent years developing specialist expertise in hoarding and squalor support, an area most providers avoid because of its complexity. That willingness to take on the hard work is what defines My Inclusion.
Today, the team serves participants across 17 suburbs in Melbourne's inner and outer eastern corridors. From Hawthorn's leafy streets to the hills of Mount Evelyn, My Inclusion brings the same standard of care to every participant: unhurried, trauma-informed, and focused on meaningful progress rather than ticking boxes.
Our Values
These principles guide everything we do at My Inclusion.
Respect Over Efficiency
We will never rush a participant to hit a target. Real progress takes time, trust, and patience. We measure success by the quality of outcomes, not the speed of service delivery.
Specialist, Not Generic
We focus on three services and deliver them exceptionally well. Our team maintains ongoing professional development in trauma-informed care, hoarding disorder, and horticultural therapy to stay at the leading edge of each discipline.
Community First
We are part of Melbourne's eastern suburbs community, not just a service provider passing through. We build relationships with local councils, health services, and community organisations because that network makes better outcomes possible.
Transparency Always
No hidden costs, no vague promises. We explain what we can do, what it will cost, and what you can expect at every step. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and help you find someone who is.
