Our support coordination team connects Croydon participants with the Maroondah service network, including allied health providers, Maroondah council programs, and community-based supports. The City of Maroondah operates a service centre in Croydon, and the Maroondah Disability Access and Inclusion Plan guides inclusive council programs. EV’s Youth Centre provides Maroondah Youth Services for participants aged 12 to 25. We also coordinate with Maroondah Hospital in nearby Ringwood East and Angliss Hospital in Upper Ferntree Gully, as well as EACH health services, to ensure participants can access the full range of supports available.
